pkr50 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "pkr50" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at pkr50.app, operated by the Company.
• "Company" refers to the legal entity owning and operating the pkr50 platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a pkr50 account.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile held by a Player on the pkr50 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held within a Player's pkr50 account, denominated in PKR.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the pkr50 website, mobile interface, gaming software, betting engine, and all associated services.
• "Transaction" refers to any deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, or bonus credit activity on a Player's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bet volume a Player must achieve before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency accepted and displayed on the pkr50 platform.

By creating a pkr50 account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of pkr50 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pkr50 with respect to your use of the Platform, superseding all prior representations, understandings, or arrangements, whether oral or written.

To register and maintain an active pkr50 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkr50 enforces a strict minimum age policy. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and any winnings forfeited.
• You are registering and playing in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of the Company or any of its affiliates.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the pkr50 platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting in good faith and using your own funds for gaming activity.

pkr50 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each individual person may hold a maximum of one pkr50 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if any detail changes.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your pkr50 login credentials. pkr50 strongly recommends that you:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account immediately after registration.
• Use a unique, strong password not shared with any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials, OTP codes, or account access with any third party.
• Log out of the Platform on shared or public devices after each session.

pkr50 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

All deposits on pkr50 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) bank transfer
• UBL (United Bank Limited) bank transfer
• Meezan Bank transfer

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If pkr50 identifies a deposit originating from a third-party source, the deposit will be reversed, the player's account suspended, and the matter investigated.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. pkr50 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time with or without prior notice to the Player.

pkr50 applies anti-money laundering (AML) standards to all deposit activity. The Company reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide such documentation may result in account restrictions.

Withdrawal requests on pkr50 are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Only real-money balances (not bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as displayed within the Player's account cashier section.
• pkr50 aims to process withdrawal requests within 60 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa channels. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
• pkr50 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to withdrawals above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

pkr50 shall not be liable for delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

pkr50 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to individual offer terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all pkr50 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players with verified pkr50 accounts in good standing only.
• Each player may claim each promotion a maximum of once unless the promotion is designated as recurring.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Only bets placed with real-money balance contribute to wagering requirements unless specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• pkr50 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to lock in a guaranteed profit, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any un-wagered bonus funds and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be forfeited without recourse.

pkr50 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a change affects an active bonus already credited to a Player's account, pkr50 will provide reasonable notice wherever practicable.

All sports bets placed on pkr50, including cricket betting markets covering PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, and bilateral series, are subject to the specific market and sport rules displayed within the sportsbook interface at the time of bet placement.

General betting rules applicable across all pkr50 markets:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked.
• pkr50 reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict markets, or decline bets at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error or technical fault resulting in manifestly incorrect odds, pkr50 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of reliable live data feeds. pkr50 shall not be liable for bet acceptance delays caused by data latency beyond our control.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the published rules for that sport and market type.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the pkr50 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Collusion with other players to achieve guaranteed or near-guaranteed outcomes in any game or betting market.
• Chip-dumping or deliberate loss of funds in live casino games to transfer value between accounts.
• Arbitrage betting or matched betting using pkr50 promotional funds in bad faith.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent account information or identity documentation.
• Using payment methods registered in a name other than your own to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a Platform error are void and subject to clawback.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or the financing of illegal activities through the pkr50 platform.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing pkr50 staff or other players through any communication channel.

pkr50 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving suspected criminal activity, including providing transaction records and account information as required by applicable legal process.

All content on the pkr50 Platform, including but not limited to the pkr50 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pkr50 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any pkr50 software or game.
• Use pkr50 branding, logos, or trademarks in any context without express written permission from the Company.
• Create derivative works based on any pkr50 content or game interfaces.

pkr50 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the pkr50 Privacy Policy in its entirety.

pkr50 may share Player data with third parties in the following limited circumstances:

• With payment processors and banking partners for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals.
• With identity verification and fraud prevention service providers for account security purposes.
• With regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law or legal process.
• With responsible gaming organisations for the purpose of enforcing self-exclusion requests.

pkr50 is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gaming is causing financial, emotional, or social harm to you or those around you, please use the tools available in your pkr50 account immediately.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pkr50 Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pkr50 account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any individual gaming session. pkr50 will notify you when your limit is reached.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pkr50 platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months and is enforced across all product areas including casino, slots, and sports betting.

All responsible gaming tools can be accessed directly from your account settings without contacting support. Once a deposit limit or self-exclusion has been applied, it takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr50 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

pkr50's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr50 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. pkr50 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to third-party payment services that are outside the Company's reasonable control.

You may close your pkr50 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-compliant bonus funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method after standard verification checks.

pkr50 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable laws.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within required timeframes.
• At the Company's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the interests of the Platform, other players, or the integrity of gaming operations.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, pkr50 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including real-money deposits, where permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the breach.

pkr50 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification to the registered account address and/or by prominent notice on the Platform.

Amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the pkr50 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pkr50 operates its international gaming licence.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through pkr50's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism. Players retain any statutory rights they may hold under the laws of their country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
